فريق الشرقية للمشي هو مبادرة شبابية تطوعية معتمدة رسميًا على منصة الاتحاد السعودي للرياضة للجميع. تهدف المبادرة إلى تعزيز ثقافة رياضة المشي في المملكة العربية السعودية بشكل عام، وفي المنطقة الشرقية بشكل خاص، في مدن الدمام، الخبر، الظهران، والقطيف. يضم الفريق مختلف الفئات العمرية من أطفال، شباب، كبار سن، وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (أصحاب الهمم) من الرجال والنساء. حصل الفريق على المركز الثالث في جائزة التطوع السعودية لعام 2018، وشارك في جائزة محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم للإبداع الرياضي لعام 2018، كما حصل على المركز الثالث في جائزة الإنسان أولاً لعام 2022، بالإضافة إلى حصوله على المركز الأول في جائزة المجموعات الرياضية المقدمة من الاتحاد السعودي للرياضة للجميع. Eastern Walking Team is a youth volunteer initiative officially approved on the Saudi Sports for All Federation platform. The initiative aims to promote the culture of walking in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general, and specifically in the Eastern Province, in the cities of Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, and Qatif. The team includes individuals of various age groups, including children, youth, seniors, and people with disabilities (people of determination), both men and women. The team won third place in the Saudi Volunteering Award in 2018, participated in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Creative Sports Award in 2018, won third place in the Human First Award in 2022, and also received first place in the Sports Groups Award presented by the Saudi Sports for All Federation. تواصلنا : https://linktr.ee/ewt2015
